Bret Michaels’ Solo Album, Good Songs & Great Friends, Due in March

Poison frontman Bret Michaels’ solo album, Good Songs & Great Friends, is due out on March 26.

Bret teamed up to record covers and new renditions of Poison tunes with Jimmy Buffett (“Margaritaville”), a cover of “Sweet Home Alabama” with Gary Rossington, Rickey Medlocke and Peter Keys of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and new versions of some Poison hits including “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” with Loretta Lynn.

Other guests include Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, Michael Anthony (Van Halen, Chickenfoot), Mountain’s Leslie West, Kiss/Frehley’s Comet’s Ace Frehley, and more.
