Dee,
You're not going to like this email but I'll send it anyway. You usually have exceptional choice in music matched by no other, but lately you've been disappointing me. There is a reason they call this genre hair metal and heavy metal. Please show people again why that is so. I actually fell asleep during your last radio show. Please don't become a peaceful old fart on me. There is some metal in there I know it. You can do better than all the soft shit you've been playing lately. Give everyone METAL to jam to like you did when I first started listening. If you air this request also give out my email. I would like to see exactly how many people agree with me, and how many disagree. But I doubt you have the balls to do that anyway. All you usually air is people kissing your ass not chewing on it. Show some balls at least once and let’s see the metal monster in you.
Your always faithful even if disappointed fan,

I love it! Like you, I'm nauseated at hearing "More Than Turds" and "A-hole hearted." C'mon, play the heavy hittin' stuff! Please expand your show to 5 hours long - yee-effin-haw! Could you play "Decadence Dance” for me, friend? I'd appreciate it. Thanks and keep rockin'. Turn this mutha up!

On Sunday when I get home from church, my wife and I get all of our "Honey Do" list done then around 5 minutes to 12 I open a 32 ounce can of beer and we sit out back and crank the radio up to listen to the House of Hair. This is the only thing I look forward to all week, other than getting laid. By the time your show is over and 3 more cans of beer, I don't even know what the sermon in church was about, but I always remember the songs you played. Please keep up the good work, I would go nuts if it wasn't for the House of Hair! Thanks also for taking time out to read this. How can I get an autograph from you? Hope you will play soon with the band and do some tours thanks again for the House of Hair.

- Hey Dee,
I'm a freshman in high school who listens to your show as often as possible and, as you know, at this age it's extremely hard to ask out girls. So I was wondering if you could play "No One Like You" by the Scorpions after you read this…me asking out a girl at school (by the way she would be even more unbelievably awesome if she is listening to this). She would recognize me by 'Stephen King'. So, "Taz," would you like to see a movie or something sometime? Thanks, Dee, you're the best, and if it ain't rock, it's crap!

Hey Dee, Love your show and, of course, your music. I work the night shift for a company called Pitt-Ohio and we listen to your show every Sunday religiously. I would like to send a song out to all the overnight workers like myself and even though we are not partying, like the song implies, we are "Up All Night" and, for some of us, sleeping some of the day gets us by.
P.S. I love the saying "If It's Not, Metal It's Crap." Crank it up one time for all the overnight workers. Thanks! Out.

I work at Malarkey's Irish Sports Pub, and every Sunday morning we listen to House of Hair on WRIF with the radio cranked to 11. Nothing really gets the blood pumping after a Saturday night of rockin’ out like some metal….and Sammy Hagar says it all in heavy metal. So, if you could play some Sammy for me and the boys in the back that would be freakin’ awesome. Much love to you Dee, so there’s not much left to say but...start rockin' NOW!!!

My wife bought me a ticket for the Phoenix Rising show in Providence to commemorate the 5th year of the Station Nightclub fire. I was so inspired by Dee and the other bands that showed up to help their cause that I sent a donation to The Station Family fund, and will continue to contribute. I am now a huge fan of Twisted Sister, Winger, Stryper and Tesla and will always buy a ticket when you guys come to play again. Thanks again, Dee, as you said, for "taking care of our own."

My request is actually that you wish my dad a happy belated b-day. I know it may be a very un-metal thing to do, but he would get a huge kick out of it. He is a huge fan, and on Sunday the only thing he does is take my 2 year old son Dom and go in the garage to listen to House of Hair and do "guy stuff". His birthday was on March 27, and he turned 48. I would really appreciate even a small mention, and I know he would brag about it to everyone! Thanks a lot!

Hi Dee ,
My friend Shawn from Texas is a BIG fan of yours and your show and he told me all about House of Hair. Before Shawn told me about your show, I listened to a lot of CRAP. But now I'm a convert and LOVE metal. In fact, I'm burning all my old music! I live in Melbourne, Australia and listen to House of Hair on the ‘Net. So to celebrate the fact that you have a new listener on the other side of the world and to say thanks to Shawn for helping me see the light and hear the metal can you please play Alice Cooper's Poison? Thanks mate!

As far as 14-year-old, '80s obsessed metalheads go in this hick-town, I'm a fairly average girl. And, I have to deal with the average obstacles including the average group of complete jerks who think they're better than everyone else. I've put up with their abuse for almost two years, and usually it just rolls off my back, and I have a good laugh about it with my friends later. But, recently, something's snapped, and I don't think I can take it anymore. So, while I work up the courage to give them a piece of my considerable larger mind, please play me something teeth-shatteringly heavy.
