Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson is a plane junkie. So much so, as many of you know, he has his pilot’s license and had been flying Boeing 757s for the now-defunct British airline company Astraeus until last year. He’s also launched his own airline services/maintenance firm in Wales called Cardiff Aviation.
During a tour stopover in Seattle, Bruce visited a Boeing training facility where he met another Bruce Dickinson – Boeing’s 747-8 Vice President and Chief Program Engineer. They headed off to the 747-8 flight simulator, which Bruce (the rock star) handled with ease. Check out the footage of Bruce’s visit on Boeing’s YouTube channel and photos here.
