Some lucky Sammy Hagar fans will have the chance to ring in the New Year with the Red Rocker for free at his Cabo Wabo Cantina in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Hagar has announced a free New Year’s Eve show at the venue where he will be performing with the house band Cabo Uno. “Cabo’s battling back, baby – and that’s the best reason in the world to celebrate and support the community.” said Hagar
He was forced to cancel his annual birthday bash celebration at the venue earlier this year due to Hurricane Odile and he is using this free show as a way to encourage fans to make donations to Los Cabos Children’s Foundation via donation boxes in the venue.
According to the announcement, the free admission will be “on a first come, first serve basis. Fans can also make dinner reservations at the Cantina and stay for the show.”
