Kellie and her guest Chris will fly to Las Vegas to see the last date on The Dead Daisies Dirty Dozen Tour and they’ll be staying at the amazing Palms Hotel & Casino. well, here I am, the biggest fan of The Dead Daisies!
If you saw me in person..you would be surprised…
someone once told me..I had “soccer mom” eyes.
I don’t know what that means..maybe it was an insult…
maybe they too, think I am NUTS!
Call me crazy if you will…
but seeing The Dead Daisies in person would be such a thrill!
If you pick me I will stand out in the crowd…

Win a Trip To Las Vegas to See The Dead Daisies!
ADDITIONAL CONTEST RULES

Grand Prize Winner and guest will have to sign legal disclaimers. Major rules include:

1. Grand Prize winner and guest must live in the Continental United States or Canada.

2. Winner and guest must be 21 or over – no exceptions! Faxed or scanned copies of a driver’s license or other official ID will be required if you are picked as the winner. Winner and guest will need to supply social security numbers for tax purposes. Winner and guest will also need a passport if traveling to/from Canada. There will be an additional legal disclaimer to sign by both winner and guest prior to travel.

3. Airfare is coach service. Winner and guest must originate flights from the same home airport within the Continental U.S. or Canada on the same day and time to Las Vegas. Winner and guest must originate flights from the same Las Vegas airport on the same flight and back to their same home airport within the Continental U.S. or Canada. Winner and guest must fly from their home airport on August 26, 2017 and return on August 28, 2017. Winner and guest must be able to fly to the event and provide proper legal ID to the airlines. Transportation to/from the home airport is the responsibility of the winner.

4. Transportation to/from the Las Vegas airport to the Palms Hotel will be included with this prize. Details on the ground transportation to/from the airport in Las Vegas will be discussed after the winner’s flights are confirmed. Transportation within the city of Las Vegas to/from the show, or to any and all other destinations is NOT included in this prize. Winner and guest must walk, use a taxi, a hired car or public transportation for trips within Las Vegas – we do not recommend renting a car as parking fees are prohibitive and driving in Las Vegas is unnecessary. Transportation costs will NOT be reimbursed and are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Lodging is one (1) room, double occupancy for two (2) nights at The Palms Hotel/Casino. The check-in date is August 26, 2017. The checkout date is August 28, 2017.

6. All applicable local, state, federal and international laws apply.

7. Prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable and has NO cash value in the event of trip cancellation or delay for ANY REASON including bad weather/flight cancellations or cancellation of the show for any reason.

8. If Grand Prize winner and/or guest is impaired by alcohol or drugs, or shows disruptive behavior, the House of Hair may cancel any portion of this prize.
