DEE – Back in the day, my first love introduced me to TS. I even applied for a job at the Agora Ballroom in New Haven saying I was 5 years older so I was never carded again to go see you. Later, we split up but my love of TS stuck. I moved to Michigan and no one had heard of TS. So being a loyal fan I brought my album down to WGRD and the DJ recorded it until he got a copy for the station. Long story short, when I was preg., every night before I went to sleep I’d play an album. The week before my daughter Micki was born my needle broke so there was no album when I got home from the hospital. She wouldn’t go to sleep so I called my favorite DJ and from then on we’d hear TS every night – it was so awesome. Now my daughter’s a mom and my first love is now my husband 27 years later and we are still original SMF’s! I only get to listen to your last half hour because some dimwit thinks it’s necessary to sell suits until 9:30! Keep it screaming that last half hour it’s a long drive home and HOH makes it bearable! Thanks Dee hope to see you again someday!
