When will my House of Hair gear arrive?
We print on demand, so it takes a few days to produce your order. The estimated delivery date for T-shirts is within 12 to 29 business days of order confirmation. The estimated delivery date for Mugs is within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation. Due to the current freight delays caused by COVID-19 we thank you in advance for your patience on delivery.
How much is USA Shipping?
USA Shipping for your new gear is broken down by weight but works out to $4 for the first tshirt and $2 bucks more for each additional shirt.
Mugs are $8 in USA. The second mug is only $3, so buy more than one and save! 🙂 Once you add your merch to the cart, it will tally it all up automagically and give you a choice of shipping methods.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship to Canada! Overseas International shipping is pricey and customs is a drag and too many packages were getting lost, so right now that’t the only non-USA destination we ship to. Email us if you think we need to ship to your country and we’ll think about changing this policy.
CANADIAN International Economy shipping is $8 for the first tshirt, and about $4 bucks for each additional item, and includes tracking.
Mugs are $12 to Canada. The second mug is only $6, so buy more than one! 🙂 Remember to allow for more time for delays from customs.
Shipping cost does NOT include customs fees. We have no control over that, but understand it can be a bit costly to pay duty on items shipped internationally. We’re bummed, but there’s no way around that. Due to COVID-19 shortages, shipping prices are subject to change.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Can I return my merch?
Unfortunately we don’t take returns or make refunds at this time. Remember, your products are custom printed on demand after you place an order in our small studio in California. We currently don’t carry any inventory. We can’t imagine you wouldn’t love your new House of Hair gear but if it doesn’t work in some way, let us know at houseofhaironline.com and we will work something out.
