When will my House of Hair gear arrive?
We print on demand, so it takes some time to produce your order. The estimated delivery date for T-shirts is within 12 to 29 business days of order confirmation. The estimated delivery date for Mugs is within 5 to 15 business days of order confirmation.
How much is USA Shipping?
USA Shipping for your new gear is broken down by weight. Once you add your merch to the cart, it will tally it all up automatically and give you a choice of shipping methods.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship to Canada and Puerto Rico! The international shipping cost does NOT include customs fees. We have no control over that, but understand it can be a bit costly to pay duty on items shipped internationally. We’re bummed, but there’s no way around that.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Can I return my merch?
Unfortunately, we don’t take returns or make refunds at this time. Remember, your products are custom printed on demand after you place an order. We currently don’t carry any inventory. We can’t imagine you wouldn’t love your new House of Hair gear but if it doesn’t work in some way, let us know at info@houseofhaironline.com and we will work something out.
